Convento del Desierto del Carmen: This park contains the convent of Santo Desierto, built by the order of the Discalced Carmelites in the 18th century. There is also the Christ of the Seven Lucks, life-size and carved in wood, as well as the Chamber of Secrets, which is a barrel-vaulted room with acoustic effects. The place was called desert because it was a place of retreat.
